@dumfart21 Throughout the chain of command, everybody swears an oath to protect and uphold the Constitution. So when, as a Marine, you receive the order to violate the Constitution, the person who has given this order has violated the law and hence you don't have to follow this order. So technically, it's not a black hole, but of course, realistically, when the President orders your unit to shoot an American, it takes a very, very brave individual to stand up for what's right.

@dumfart21 Throughout the chain of command, everybody swears an oath to protect and uphold the Constitution. So when, as a Marine, you receive the order to violate the Constitution, the person who has given this order has violated the law and hence you don't have to follow this order. So technically, it's not a black hole, but of course, realistically, when the President orders your unit to shoot an American, it takes a very, very brave individual to stand up for what's right.

Course, the video states "Christian" church. Look when the common term and useage of Christian was coined, it wasn't until later. You were baptist, protestan, catholic, etc. You didn't call yourself Christian, therefore there wasn't a Christian church. So, maybe those in this video just use that term to lump all Christian-based religions into one group, or maybe it was one specific branch of Christianity.

i am an American veteran and i love this country like it is a member of my family. i stood before my country and my god and swore that would support a defend the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. when i did so i did it with all of my heart. i went on to serve as a military police officer. i was medically discharged for injuries in service. i will be a MP Soldier and honor the oath i took till i draw my last breath.

In regards I would still like to say Thank You oath keepers for knowing what is moral and just. The day may come when a call may go out to you all to abide by your promise to defend the citizens of the U.S.; I hope that you will rally to their cause.
From birth we are born into contract under the guise of the birth certificate, no citizen is sovereign, we are servants to the crown. But that day may just end soon enough.

The elitist dont need the united states military to take over the U.S. today. The majority of our troops are now over sea's fighting an endless war that is costing them their life's and their well being. If the corporate government and elitist wanted to take this country they would do it with their police OFFICERS who are just as well armed as the military. There is no longer a Constitution in the way that the founding fathers wanted it. We are all slaves to the corporate government from birth.

When I got out of the Marine Corps in 1994 as an O-3 with eight years of service, I was making $52,000 per year (base, BAQ, VHA, BAS, flight pay). I recently checked the pay scale out of curiosity. If I were an O-3 over 8 today, I'd be making $88,000. Federal employees make twice as much as their private sector counterparts with the median income in the six figure range. I think the Oath of Office has been bought out by the Oath to whoever signs your paycheck.

@fuksocialist Yeah, that's what the research said, most wouldn't. The problem is that the 25% amount to over a quarter million Marines and there is always that 11% with no opinion that just didn't want to admit to themselves that they would follow orders because they are moral cowards.

He said he would have to follow orders.Then I asked him what if my sister was standing there too, he said the same.Is it the fact that some of these men dont really understand who they defend?
