It's not a hologram, but it's a unique POV. I have never seen one that creates three-dimensional images instead of a circle or cylinder with patterns on it.

what! we wanna see more! this would great in billboard scale at the F1 night races.
Not sure you could display more than one tyre manu without somebody disapproving tho ;)
