I cheered in College in 2004 and we were still allowed to throw doubles on the floor. No springs, I swear the greatest time of my life. I threw doubles on hardwook basketball courts too. Go SFA!!
I just watch a lot of double full videos, which gives me hope that i can do it, and I dont know if you've seen my old videos but I've been working on doubles for a long time, and finally got it :)
