  • Wow, beautiful. Wish I could have seen that and seen the pictures and tags of who they all belonged too. Were the dolls on the table Madame Alexanders?? Just wondering because I have a collection of them and had an opportunity some years ago to purchase a set of first ladies and could kick myself now for not buying them.

  • @halfnewf13 Thank you! We will host several exhibitions next year. Where are you, perhaps you'll be near by one of them. No, the dolls are Franklin Mint. Are any of your dolls wedding dolls?

  • @WIHshowcased - Ok, they looked a lot like the Alexander's..Never knew Franklin Mint sold dolls. I live in Northern California. Will there be a book out or already out on this?? I just got a book on the history of the royals and find it very interesting put out by People Magazine. It shows some of the dresses and a lot of older photos. Please let me know if there will be an exhibit near me, would love to see it.

  • What a beautiful video! In this exhibition you’re gliding through time you can see the breathtaking clothing but also feel the emotions of such a sacred tradition!

  • Very cool!! I'm sorry that I couldn't attend; I've obviously missed an excellent exhibit!

  • I love it! Amazing and well done! Anyone who got to see it was lucky!

  • WHERE ARE THEIR HEADS?! =O

  • @ResEvl We use dress forms because they leave more to the imagination. Heads give an image that's not the bride.
