hey is it a problem if your right side of the abs is more developed then the left? LOL...cause i got that and my the lower part of my abs is really hard to get. I really need some advice cause I don't know what direction I'm going in right now

@Ivan1993N Dude read the discription brandon always put a link to his website where you can download his FREE workout plan, it takes a total of around 5 - 10 mins and teaches you everything you need to know. If you are to lazy to do that, then guess you deserve to be a fat ugly little bitch.
@iamlegend0331 well if this guy was smart at all he would eat paleo. how our body's was desingned to eat. me and my brother eat paleo he has 3% bodyfat. and i am slowly working down i have 10 currently

@SimonFanTV Don't work your biceps, triceps more than twice a week. Im sure Brandon will tell you this too. They are a small muscle group and need time to repair.
I can do almost all the time if i do this, but it hurts like hell, when you mean failure, do you then mean that i absolutly cant do anymore or "cant" do anymore, also, how long should this take?
