  • Nice,I started an intense diet regimen today.

    1000-1500 calories per day

    Gym

    Then workout at home,sit ups,Crunches,High Knees,push ups,diamond push ups,jumping jacks,etc.

    3 reps of each of those, huh? Your stomach is gonna be on fire the next morning. I think I'm gonna start doing one of the ab workouts from this page daily. I started my diet and HIIT today. We'll see where I am after about 2 months.

  • @REALYULAVALE eat eat eat = get fat... eat 6 small meals a day, get bulky from lifting heavy weights for low reps, get ripped thought cardio and proper eating right (6 small healthy meals aday) skip the carbs for the last 1/2 meals.

  • @stewiee20 id recommend doing all of the exercises resting for two mins and repeating 3 times :)

  • @Ivan1993N Dude read the discription brandon always put a link to his website where you can download his FREE workout plan, it takes a total of around 5 - 10 mins and teaches you everything you need to know. If you are to lazy to do that, then guess you deserve to be a fat ugly little bitch.

    and btw let me tell you about nutriton..

    eat more then you burn off = get fat

    burn off more then you eat = lose fat

    eat healthy and read the nutrition labels..

  • hey Brandon, if I want to work out on triceps, biceps and shoulders... should I do them everyday or do it every other day? Alternate with arms and body work out routine?

  • @SimonFanTV Don't work your biceps, triceps more than twice a week. Im sure Brandon will tell you this too. They are a small muscle group and need time to repair.
