Dude just buy GTA 4, Download LCPD First Responce Mod and install some vehicle mods and you will have a kickass gameplay as a Police Officer, who can give tickets, arrest, chase and frisk suspects.

Also Download ELS, and an ELS-enabled carmod, and you will get more realistic lightning on the vehicles!

@legitcheckitcontrol dude, its not that bloody simple! when i had gta SA and downloaded the mods for it, it was fine, but downloading the bloody cleo and then try downloading the ELS mod is SHIT, so shut up, you obviously have no idea what your talking about, And tell me, is GTAIV more simple? ELS doesn't work on GTA:SA, so that might've been your problem. It's made for GTA:IV.

GTA:IV is just as easy to install mods for as GTA:SA. (Not making, but installing).

If you stay on the right patch, stay up-to-date with tools and mods there should be no problem.
