  • Superb.......Wher can I get the sheet music for The Nine Of Diamonds ?

  • Not sure what the first tune is called but the tune from 0.37 uo to 1.50 is called the The Devils Staircase and from 1.50 to is called the Red Fox

  • Thanks for the info. The first tune is Calum Beag.

  • 0.37 is not the Big Birl. Anyone know what else it could be? How about the other tunes?....this is such an awesome video though...makes me want to play those tunes!

  • reminds me of growing up in uist with my grandfather playing away till he had nothing more to give great, sweet memories by the way my grandfather archie beag yes he had a pipe tune composed for him by donald morrison you will find pipe tune if you search under the name all the best

  • His pipes are just singing..

  • 0.37 is the big birl, the drums sound horrendous with the bagpipes as they sound very out of tune with the pipes!!! they are on beat but horribly out of tune. Robert, awesom piper!!!

  • can anyone email me the sheet music for it ?

  • Found it :)...The Nine Of Diamonds

  • Thanks for that detective work and update Glackin05. The tune is part of the repertoire of many pipe bands now and is on a few WPBC recordings. 'The Nine Of Diamonds' playing card is also said to be the 'Curse of Scotland', for reasons which are unclear to say the least. Just check it out in Google to see what I mean.

  • whats the tune at 0.37 ?

  • Can anyone out there help? I'm sorry I can't think but I'll remeber when I'm told!

  • Very nice Video!!! Very good played!!!!!

    Greatings from an german Bagpiper!
