Blegh, the damages thing with regards to the RIAA vs the P2P community is absurd in many cases. I am unsure if you heard this, but a woman (Thomas) was sued for over 1.9 million dollars. This shows that the current copyright system is broken for the 21st Century. I also find it funny that the RIAA claims that piracy is killing the music industry, well no: tinyurldotcom/y7orhc7 Anyway, good vid.

MY DMCA strike is still in place. I countered and he sent me a threatening mail and later as I mailed him back he sent an apology and said he would retract them. Has not happened yet!!

@Vogter2100 I have got screen shots of his retraction as sent to youtube. It seems simply to be youtube not listening. Some videos have apparently been reinstated. My strike is still in place at the moment hoping to get it cleared by the end of this coming week.
