Hello, yes the video is accelerated fist at 5 seconds then again at 13 seconds. This was done because the speed of the pattern formation is gradually slowing down, up to a quasi-stability at the end. All the best.
Hi, in this simulation there are 3 kinds of small ans squared particles: the red ones (negative), the green ones (positive) and the mixed. The mixed creates the compartments by simple diffusion / adhesion and the reds and the greens are sorted due to their charges. At the beginning they are all placed at random.
do you have a paper on this? cause I dont know what exactly is going on here but id like to learn more

why does everything twitches at some points of the vid? is it result from the rules of the system or the video is accelerated in some momments?
