This is the Guitar Hero 3 mod that came built in with Fofix v2.7. Version 3.1 doesn't have it anymore and the GH 3 mod for it is different. This mod is actually slightly different from the real Guitar Hero 3.

This is actually a Guitar Hero Clone called Frets On Fire (see the description). The skin is modeled after Guitar Hero 3 though. FoF Fofix mod actually contains all the guitar hero skins as well as Rock Band 1 and BETA. And plenty of custom ones...
