I agree with OMGdancingpandas. You see, in this wide world of ours, we have a sub-species called "Critics" (or Critiques if you're not from 'round here) whose job is mainly to throw shit at things for years and then when the author dies, praise what he or she has done like never before. It is their "job", literally. Maybe they know thousands of piano songs that were published on youtube, and many of which are of the same topic. If they're well acquainted with it, then they may rightfully say it.

Just to add something else: in this case, I don't believe there is a "right" way and a "wrong" way (as opposed to what he had in his examples). There is a way that it was written years ago, but how the player interprets the song, how hard he hits the notes, where he puts the impulses, how he differs from the tempo is totally up to him. "wrong" may mean that its not played as it was written, but I am actually glad, because if it were, we wouldn't hear anything new for years..

I figured you learned Saria's song's by ear as the chords are actually F C F C, Dm G C Am and you have a few stray notes in there too, just listen it through and I'm sure you pick it right off. The zelda theme also has some chords off but if you keep playing with the wrong ones you eventually get used to them.

Pretty impressive work anyways considering you are playing on weighted keys, if you're open to suggestions, try Gerudo Valley theme from Ocarina of Time, sounds great on keyboards.
