This is the only DLC I disliked, the level design is okay but to me it was like exploring a larger subway station than an actual spaceship since the space walk was really, really short but the fact you can't return to previous areas is just horrible.

I had to restart 2 times this DLC from the begining to find all items.

heveing played all of the DLCs for fallout, obtained every achievement for xbox, and still enjoying the game today i have to admit..mothership zeta was i believe the most difficult DLC to find all of the secrets and hidden treasure in, despite the small spaces

In my case I missed one holotape at the begining of the DLC that was on the opposite side where you find 2 holotapes.

Bethesda, serisouly restarting from 3 hours back for a holotape is not fun, allow players to return to explore until the very end also why there isn't a bed in the spaceship, I thought it was going to be something like a megaton/tenpenny player house.

after you beat the quest you only have access to 2 parts of the ship. It will take a lot longer to beat but before you go to the bridge make sure you over-cumber yourself with as much weapons ammo and riches. Its worth it. I left the ship with 1000lbs of stuff. Including over 60 fully repaired weapons from small to big and over 6000 pieces of ammo.

That's the level cap. You can't get higher than that level, unless you download the Broken Steel DLC, which raises your level cap to 30.

Completely separate questlines that you access by visiting designated locations int he Wasteland. Well, except for Broken Steel, which adds on to the main quest and increases the level cap.

IIRC its the broken steel expansion which raises the level cap of the game, although I had to download a patch before any of them worked (xbox 360).
