I used to work in burbank a few years back and I took a few coworkers there for lunch. I sat next to the window (to the right of the entrance). There was a rat climbing down the security gate that is inside the restaurant. It calmly climbed down down within a foot of where I was sitting. Jumped down on the floor and ran across the front door and right into the kitchen.  We immediately left and I never was allowed to recommend a restaurant again. It's funny to see a show on this place.

What can I say about this place, beside that EVERYTHING was good! Service was great. Raul the owner, could have not been more nicer. Treated us like we were part of his family. The Cuban Sandwhich was off the CHAIN! The tostone cup were pretty good too (extra lemon please!). Overall the experience was wonderful and I'll for sure be back!

I have been going to Mambos for 15 years now... I ate there yesterday and overheard the couple next to me talking about DD&D did a feature on them! So glad my favorite Cuban joint got this feature. Love it! BTW... the breaded steak is just nuts good!
