I've tried to only get red, white, red, white, red blocks into my middle grid, as you've done in this video, but every time I try, the game refuses to register the achievement as being unlocked. Is there an issue going on?

@Linka Did you try updating the game files by verifying the cache? (found by right-clicking and going to Properties in your Library).

@dweezy1688 I did, yes, and it still isn't working. I even changed the colors to make sure red was more definitively red, and it still doesn't register it.

@Linka I just reset my colors on Audiosurf, and now the achievement works fine. Comes as a shock to me, I guess the achievement is ridiculously picky about what color should be red or not. I think this needs to be specified in any guides that it does matter.

Does this achievement not count towards your gift pile?

I just unlocked it but it isn't in my gift pile

@Conceptualgamer1 Only the objectives that show up on the Gift Grab page will count. I'm just anticipating the achievements that might show up there. :)
