It's harder at MKE because Midwest Airlines (now Frontier) used stationary jet bridges. And Midwest at that time had MD80s and 717s which have awkwardly placed pitot tubes.
That is a CanJet B737-800 at YYZ. It is really hard to connect the older style of jet bridges with this type of plane because the pitot tube is only 4 inches away from the contact point.
