There is nothing wrong with smoking weed. I smoked it since I was 13 almost daily. I graduated high school with a 3.8 GPA and never wanted to use any other drug. I can't smoke now because of the Army but when I get out, I will continue to smoke daily. They need to legalize it and help out the economy.
The main problem with it is there are other drugs out there and as long as there are other drugs weed will be a gate way to them. I dont have a problem with weed or anybody that uses it. I personally don't use it because it gives me a conscience

its a wonderful plant. hemp should be made legal to replace the oil because hemp has more energy per acre thatn corn, wheat, and soy combined and can be used for rope, biodegradeble plastics, cloths, paper and other goods. Then so is alcohol and tobacco. Yet we don't consider those drugs (well, technically we do), but marijuana is the least harmful drug in the world, other than, perhaps, DMT... and even then, I'd say weed is better (not for the high, but the health factor)

I have a friend who is now 37 years old. He has been addicted to drugs since age 20.. The first thing he does every day is to eat about 10 or more pills of diapam, go to a liquor store to get booze or grocery to get beer/longdrink and god knows how much pills he've ate meanwhile. Weed & others is bonus. It's a party every day and it all started with weed.

Anecdotal evidence from the phoenix tears foundation is piling up, however, which clearly shows the cancer fighting abilities of cannabis oil.

but there are studies that show that it does.
not only does it kill cancerous cells
(not significantly, but to think that it actually DOES kill abnormally reproducing cells makes you think) but it also helps with the treatment that a patient must endure.
for example, chemo or radi therapy
pain, nausea, and appetite.

Seems just natural that the people in government serve themselves and follow the school, so when the government gets a lot of power, the people they are supposed to serve naturally become more like serfs, because serfdom (taxes, etc) is sold as being for the "common good" and to protect against perceived threats.

My thoughts on the laws.
Corporations uses the laws so to push out and make money for there products.
example DuPont corporation has nylon rope, if there was hemp rope was made available to the market, hemp rope would win over nylon rope.
Another monopoly controlling company that wants control of the farm land and bio fuels (corn, soybean) there genetically modified seeds, The MANSONTO corporation would has losses in the $100s of millions if hemp bio fuels was being made.

its a wonderful plant. hemp should be made legal to replace the oil because hemp has more energy per acre thatn corn, wheat, and soy combined and can be used for rope, biodegradeble plastics, cloths, paper and other goods. Also marijuana should be made legal though controlled distribution. Its safer than tabbaco and can replace 10-20% of known prescription drugs. Also legalizing it would increase prison space. Its a wonderful drug.
