  • It's a good hair cut, but there are no before & after photos to compare...your hair looks good, but It did not seem to be in bad shape before the treatment either ( I may be wrong...)

  • @azucarmoreno28921 It wasn't in horrible shape before the treatment, but it wasn't strong. I had never used protein (intentionally at least) before I heard about aphogee. So I had mushy feeling hair whenever it was wet. This was one of my first videos, so I apologize for not having thought to put up a before and after at that time.

  • How often should the regimen be done? Weekly? Every two weeks?

  • @Msdimplesr6baby When I first started using aphogee, I was using it every week, but now that I know better, I would suggest using it maybe once a month.

  • how'd it look before?

  • @purplec16 Once I can find some old pics, I'll do another pic video to show you how it looked before.

  • what relaxer do u use?

  • <3 ur haircut =] what is aphogee a conditioner? what has it done for ur hair?

  • @hollame123 aphogee is a line of products that are protein based. what it does for my hair is add protein and strength to it. I don't use them all the time except when I'm getting a relaxer done.

  • I LOVE YOUR HAIR!!

  • @lashawnrich thank you!

  • I am following you because I grew out my pixie cut to this starting length so following the aphogee regimen after you than someone with midback length hair is more reasonable to me.

  • @Toyaruth Thank you for following me. good luck on your hair journey

  • is this only for black ppl hair or any like hispanic and if its for any type of hair do u think it would grow faster with hispanic hair...

  • @TyeParty09 I can't speak on hispanic hair, i can only speak for my own hair type. I would suggest going to sally's or a hair care store to look into the product and ask a representative there if it might work for your texture hair. I don't think the product is only for black hair. It just says hair care on the bottle.

  • @TyeParty09 its for ALL hair. every race has the same hair structure. "black hair" just happens to be REALLY tightly curled. im sure itll work for you if your hair is breaking off or if its heat damaged /color damaged etc. :) theres also OTHER protein treatments BESIDES aphogee. just google them.

  • wow............looks great.

  • @casagrandecats thank you

  • i wanted to ask is aphogee only for relaxed hair or also for natural hair.

  • @MaryamaAmina I would say that the aphogee line of hair products specify that they are for "damaged" hair. That can be natural or relaxed. I've not been natural, so I wouldn't be able to tell you the effectiveness on natural hair. i'm sure that someone who's natural has probably reviewed aphogee here on youtube though.

  • Beautiful cut where did you get it cut at?

  • @sthngal85 Azan's hair salon, in downtown toronto, ontario.

  • I don't think you use hair color...my hair is naturally brown like yours also. Your hair looked thick in this video. Did you cut it back then due to damage?

  • @perpetualMELODY1 Yes, I did cut it back then due to damage. My hair would never grow past my shoulders, and it would start to get see through at the ends, so I used to cut if off when it reached my shoulders, once a year. I used to flat iron everyday back then. I learned, and now its grown past my shoulders, and I'm probably not going to cut it this short again, but I love it short for the fact that it looks much thicker.

  • No u have to keep it sassy!

  • @spicydiamonds lol. sassy? I would hope classy

  • i have the aphogee for damaged hair but mine is not damaged. it is simply thin. Is it the wrong product. can i use it or it 's harsh for my hair. my hair is normal. what do you suggest please?

  • @Ms2010Jackie aphogee is for damaged hair, so if you're hair has always been thin, the protein in aphogee might weigh it down or be too harsh. another good protein line, which is lighter, is mane and tail. thin hair needs a lot more care and handling, so you should also get into using very moisturizing products for your hair. i like the aussie moist line, and the neutrogena triple moisture line as well.

  • I just ordered some aphogee products very excited about it...but i am curious what relaxer do you use? i was interested in relaxing my hair but very nervous and heard some scary stories so maybe you can advice me on this.

  • @Marishtay I go to the salon and get relaxed with mizani regular relaxer, is your hair natural? if it is, to be honest, I wouldn't relax it! i'm truly thinking about going back to natural. if you're sure you don't want it natural anymore, you best bet would be to texturize to soften the curl or to texlax which is a relaxer, but not bone straight and not left on for as long

  • beautiful hair. xx

  • @TheGlossyglitz thank you

  • Your hair is soooo beautiful! I jst started ateeya's hair regimen wish me luck! =)

  • @missfancy21 thank you! i wish you the best of luck. i use some of the aphogee line now, but not as many products as i had used at the time of this video. the green tea keratin reconstructorizer and the 2 minute reconstructor are golden!

  • Very sexy and healthy.

  • @PlayDBug thanks a lot :)

  • That is the cutest hair cut!! Is so flattering and clean...It is hard to find stylists that know how to cut hair well...I've had some disastrous experiences in the past...

  • @azucarmoreno28921 thanks girl. I definitely agree with you on that one though. i have had stylists cut the heck out of my hair and have left crying from the salon numerous times. But i'm glad you like my hair cut. Too bad it's grown out now. but if I had to go short again, i;d do the same style.

  • so you do your own hair?

  • hey meia11906, for the most part, I do do my own hair. I only go to the salon once every 9-10 weeks. In between relaxers I wash and style my own hair. In this video, I had washed and styled my own hair.

  • thank you! so you saying you only go to the alon when you need a relaxer?

  • yes meia11906, that's exactly what i'm saying. i only head to the salon on relaxer day, that's it. all the rest of the times my hair is styled or washed, its done by me at home.

  • thanks alot!!

  • from where i can get it this ???? plz help me im from uae

  • the aphogee line is available all over canada and the usa. Im from canada, so I went to a black beauty supply store to find it. I also found some of the products at Sally's here in canada. Since the USA is ahead of canada when it comes to products, i'm sure you can find the entire aphogee line at a sally's near you in the USA. good luck!

  • @legallycute84 What part of Canada are you from? I live in Toronto & would like to know where I can buy aphogee and olive oil products.

    Thanks :)

  • Hey sstuidssmile. I live in scarborough. I buy the aphogee products from a couple of black hair stores, one on markham road called East End Beauty Supply, and one at the corner of morningside and kingston road called Kaks hair store. and the sally's here in toronto, one near warden and eglington, and one near milner and 401 carry the aphogee products too. i don't use the olive oil line at all, but i'd assume you could find that one at walmart.

  • sallys beauty supply, king beauty, pretty much any beauty supply.

  • Your hair is beautiful! I looked at your other videos.....the results are stunning!

    Good for you lady!

  • thanks oneintelligentwoman!

  • people like to asume that short african american hair = bad hair

but your pushing them to the curb with you Short AND healthy hair:!!

its such a cute cut, mine is just like that

    I LOVE IT!!:)

  • Thanks rudegyal321! Pushing my hair down to my waist is what I want to do! but thank you for the compliment girl :)

  • Your hair looks great...jealousy girl thats all it is....LET YOUR HATERS BE YOUR MOTIVATERS!! Keep doing ya thing!

  • Thank you benyealiscute! I appreciate you saying that :)

  • Your hair is so beautiful and healthy. I love it.

  • thank you kameelahb9

  • bigpussy = idiotic fool

  • thanks for that kattaplay. i feel somewhat the same! i know people are entitled to their opinions, but why watch a video entitled "photos" if you know you'll be disappointed when you want to watch a live video? i think that's idiotic. so i don't just kind of agree with you, I 100% agree with you. i so had a rick james moment !

  • very nice video! beautiful hair!!!!

  • thanks for the nice words missfamiliar. apparently the haters below think the video sucks...oh well. thanks for the compliment

  • BigPussy, you're entitled to your opinion, but it really isn't welcome. The fact that you took the time to send a hate comment my way, kind of shows that you have nothing better to do with your time than hate on others. Thats very unfortunate. Take care.

  • I agree with BigPussy, you're showing the same thing and how do we know you hair is bouncy, soft, manageable..? You're only showing us shoots on your hair..

  • AmberSummer, thanks for your opinion. But i'll point out two things I think you and BigPussy failed to notice. The title of the video, for one, say's "photos of aphogee results" Hmmm, what does that mean? That it's going to be a video of photos. So I told all the viewers what you were getting before the video even starts! Second, I have 10+ videos now, showing my hair in action, moving and all.

  • Besides, videos are not tangible, so touching my hair and seeing its soft isn't possible, but the movement is visible in all the other videos. Maybe you should check them all out first, before you sell yourself short on a video that says its of pictures?! Just a thought. but thanks for the comment.

  • Just curious, where are your videos showing the softness and movement of your hair? Didn't see any. So does your entire page suck cuz you don't have any? The point i'm trying to make is, should you really be insulting me, when you have nothing to rebut?

  • im thinkin abut gettin ur bobish hairstyle

    but sooo scared

    any tips for me??

  • Hey izyagirlnae4. To be honest, I prefer short hair on me personally, because it looks fuller, and is easier to style. The tip I can give you is to be sure a short hairstyle is what you truly want. I wore my hair shorter because I had damaged it, so I needed the ends cut off. A shorter hair style served an instrumental purpose. If you're just cutting it, to cut it, be sure you're willing to devote the time and upkeep to keeping your cut looking fresh.

  • hey i have used that product too it works really good in cleaning your scalp and they can get it at any beauty supply shop really

  • lol @ fly! fly is still in girl :) thanks for the compliment

  • omg i love your hair

  • thank you :)

  • Beautiful Hair!

  • thank you ikaved :)

  • luv ur hair. where did u buy ur chi silk infusion

  • hey asor564. i would tell you where i bought it, but since you're located in the USA, and i'm in canada, it probably wouldn't help you. if you're looking for the product, i'd try your local walgreens, target, or black beauty supply store. lol, those are the only US stores i know. i bought mine here in canada from a black hair care store. you could also probably order it online from somewhere. good luck finding it

  • Try Sally's or Ulta.

  • your hair is so gorgeous!

  • thank you :)

  • Cute hair

  • thank you olexia!

  • sally's sell them

  • where can i purchase aphogee products i ahve really short curly natural hair . the product works great on your hair

  • it depends on where u live. i live in scarborough, so i got the products from east end beauty at markham and lawrence. i would say u gotta hit up the black hair care stores for it. my hair is relaxed, so i cant speak on how aphogee would work in your natural hair. i'd research aphogee first before buying it. just google it and read up on it before u make ur decision. good luck

  • Aphogee is not like megatek Megatek is ued for hair growth (makes it faster)

    Both are Protein prodcuts .

  • is this " Aphogee " Kinda like Mega tek ?? Cuz dhats wut i use but it luks like Aphogee is mostly used on relaxed / permed hair ! is it reali or its bad to use it on permed hair ? i use my mega tek on natural hair ... well im changin my system up to natural and soo far ive been usin it for about a week 1/2 and ive seen good results

  • how often did yu wash ur hair w/ aphogee???

  • to be honest, at the time i was using aphogee, washed my hair with it 3 weeks in a row, once a week. didn't like how my hair started to feel. my hair isn't damaged, and i had thought it was. using it that many times in one month proved to me that it wasn't, since it started to not respond well to aphogee. so i actually no longer use the conditioner or shampoo by aphogee anymore

  • Very cute cut!

  • thanks for the compliment!

  • I think a lot of people saw AAteyaa's video and used EXACTLY what she used for her hair. You have to choose the products by Aphogee that work for YOUR hair. I chose what my hair needed(they sell products that add moisture to your hair) Really look at the line and ask a professional if u are unsure. And by all means follow the directions. I love this product line...as soon as I get a cam I will post pics..hair is in the best condition it has ever been in my entire life :-)

  • please go to sexymami1001 on here and hear all the people who had really bad resula from aphogee including myself my hair is so thin right now i even had to cut it that stuff is stronge and not for everyone but if it works for you then good luck but just check out her page please might just help you save your hair god bless you

  • it worked great for me it not suppose to work on everybody but its a good product

  • My hair dresser told me the exact same thing. She said she doesn't have a lot of experience with Aphogee but as it is her business to know these products what she does know is Aphogee is for professional use. So if you are going to use it start by using it sparingly and really check the results.

  • i agree it is a great product bu t its not suppose to work everbody and people need to stop saying itsa bas product dueces!!!!! luv ya kamille j

  • aphogee is really strong

so you have to use it sparingly

because 2 much protein isn't good for your hair

  • I agree with you all. i think the aphogee line is good, but too much protein definitely isn't good the for the hair. from my experience thus fair, too much protein makes my hair dull and rough. so i cut back on using the entire line of aphogee and evoke other products with more conditioning bases into my regimen. kamille3000, if aphogee is all you use, and your hair is coming out wicked, then go on girl!

  • What hair cut do you have? Is it just a bob or an a-line bob or what plz reply?

  • I guess I would call it a bit of both. when I asked for the cut, I asked for the front to look like a bob, and the back to be beveled (so cut into three different length layers). The call it a beveled bob.

  • Your hair looks great! Ateyaaa makes the best videos. But how long after that picture had you been using aphogee products?

  • Thank you, and her videos are hilarious. I had used the Aphogee products for the first time when I took that picture. I have only used them once so far.
