Those who didn't like Andy Rooney simply missed the point. He presented us with a views from angles that others rarely gave us. It wasn't an issue of left or right, conservative or liberal, or any other silly and meaningless political tag. He sometimes hit the mark, he sometimes missed. But, he always gave us something to think about that probably would not have otherwise occurred to us.
