Join a car club (CCRMIT, Western Districts Car Club etc) & then you can (once you have a car) compete in Victorian Club Rally Series and Victorian Rally Championship or Autocross

depends, u can pick up a reasonable rally ready car for $3000+, add some rally tires, entry fees, licences etc and you can do your first season on $5000

S2000 is a really good idea for rallying in national level there tyring to do the same thing in kenya as well.
