Just saying, before this was confirmed to be a promo, this scared the ever living shit out of me, because I live like 20 minutes from Poughkeepsie, New York, where this takes place. And my dad, who kinda works sorta for the Dutchess County police told me about a serial killer in Poughkeepsie. It turns out that guy was part of the inspiration for the movie.

Together they tortured, raped and killed five teenage girls in California in 1979; although 30-40 are suspected by law enforcement.
