No democratic leader in the world today would condemn or stop any form of religious worship.
Even the Pope dare not speak against other religions anymore.
Today's world leaders must show acceptance and tolerance of all forms of worship even the worship of Dorje Shugden.
The Dharamsala Tibetan Govt only has a few years left and they are on the decline. Their existence depends on Dalai Lama. Once he passes,THEY ARE FINISHED.
I advise them to stop all this anti shugden rhetoric.

Nechung is a Pre-Buddhist EVIL SPIRIT of Tibet that originally came from Iran.He is a
evil spirit that tried his best to stop Buddhism from coming to Tibet from India. See 'Exile From the Land of Snows' by John Avedon, the Chapter called 'Wheel of protection' to see full history of Nechung's evil nature. Because he was evil he needed to be tamed by guru rinpoche. Because he has created tremendous negative karma,he was bound and HAS TO PURIFY HIS KARMA. PURIFY MEANS HE HAS MUCH NEGATIVE KARMA.

Nechung was tammed by Guru Rinpoche. He is bound to protect the dharmma for many centuries. After that, his karma will be purified and he can again reincarnate as a human to pratice towards enlightenment. He is not evil, he is wrathfull it is quite different.

Nechung is an evil spirit bound by oath. Since he is a spirit,we cannot take refuge in him. HH Dalai Lama mentions clearly that we cannot even place a picture of him on our shrines as it would degenerate our refuge. You can read more of Nechung from John Avedon's book, 'Exile from the Land of Snows' on the chapter: Wheel of Protection.
Since he is a bound spirit, he many chances to give the wrong prophecies as some of the Nechung oracles in the past were removed from their post for that reason.

The spirit Nechung is evil and unenlightened. Why does the Tibetan Govt use him to fortell the future. Many decisions are made based on him entering a medium and speaking. Why dont we take refuge in Buddha and rely on him. Why evil spirit Nechung??

When we take refuged we only take refuged in Budhha, Dharma, and Shanga..not that evil sprit!! If people use it, just like our old ancient history...they believe in kind of psychic, I guess..but always guides us wrong..as H.H said we are our own master of doing things especially we had already taken refuged so we should be fine and have strong faith..that is the important as well as belief!! Buddha cheno...~~~
