Nice SD40-2. 10-15 years ago these were all over the place and on UP they had either Leslies or Prime type horns on them. Note: I think Leslies/Primes were probably used on all of UP's power back in the early 1990s.
Nice!! It's been a while since any Vegas trains popped up, I was from Vegas until I went to NC & now i'm in the Portland area and the majority of my railfanning has been on the BNSF Seattle Sub since I do better on the traffic activity then in Portland.

Yeah, it was nice to see the three SD40-2s but the crossing bell caught me off guard, I didn't expect one of these bells that far west!
