JM Jarre got me started with electronic music when i discovered equinoxe . It's kind of sad to see how corporate greed , just like everything puts pressure onto artists for more money. I read on one of the comments that Jarre regretted releasing this. Everyone in their lives go through phases and i'm sure this was just one of his, but from reading most of the comments here this should never have been put out . It's great to see him touring now, enjoying himself, this guy never gives up....

@MrDarklord2k Jarre himself said that he regrets releasing the album, he just played around with making music and the record company decided to release it. I think that his vision ended in 1997 after Oxygene 7-13, and since then he hasn't been to serious about his music.

JMJ would never get CR back. She was (is) a very classy bright woman. JMJ lost it and started to just bank on playing the same music in concerts with bigger lights. He does this because he seems to need the younger people's attention span. Look at the face and all the surgery to keep looking 28. What happened to him? I am seeing the gracefully aging Rick Wakeman with young fingers and young looking JMJ with old fingers. I am still amazed.

I don't think there's anything wrong with this tune. It's refreshing that JMJ can attack a different style and still come on top. I like this piece. I can't think of a way to "compare" it to say Oxygene. How on earth will one "measure" what's better there vs. here?! Either you like it or you don't. I get people who don't like this piece -- it's a question of personal taste. Nothing wrong with the music IMHO.

I just saw his concert in Amsterdam tonight. It was great! He played almost all his wonderful classic tracks. But if you're a fan of his recent work, you might be a little disappointed, because he won't play any of those song. I however like his old stuff, and not so much his more recent stuff. So I had a great evening, with great music and A superb laser show as well!

Compared to Equinoxe, Oxygene, Magnetic Fields, Waiting for Cousteau, Chronologie etc, this 'Teo & Tea' album is an INSULT for JMJ fans everywhere. This is so cheap, easy and obsolete it's painful... JMJ has not done any real work after Chronologie. He is just fascinated with making his laser and big shows. His web site shows that he is just too busy arranging his live shows that never have any new music and by that I mean new as in not turning the knobs a bit to change any of the old or re-beating them.
