  • does anyone else think that all these different songs kick major ass and could at anytime be stuck in your head?

  • Konami rocks!

  • Still remember it like yesterday... We were playing the game with my friends and we got through the dam/water level, w/e, but none of us understood english when we were kids so we got stuck... I played through the game like a year ago, but man, it was hard as hell...

  • What a shit game to give a kid growing up. My soul will be forever scarred.

  • Someone needs to do a drum cover...

  • 6:31-7:05 My favorite song in the whole game!!!

  • I'd rather listen to old 8-bit soundtrack like these than listen to any of the current music of today.

  • Beeeeeest

  • lol the beginning is like stone cold crazy by queen

  • 1:49 added for my convenience, I love the sewer song

  • Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I heard there was a old computer version (Not PC, before then), totally different but it followed the same story line.

  • don't think i've ever heard the music at 7:14 because i NEVER MADE IT THAT FAR.

  • This doesn't get the love and respect it should because when it was released everybody was thinking it was gonna be the NES port of the arcade version which subsequently came out later as TMNT II. This was incredibly difficult for an NES game, and the soundtrack speaks for itself. May not have seemed like it at the time, but looking back this game was alot of fun to play. This was one of my favorite NES games along with the original Batman and Ninja Gaiden 1 & 2 which also had great soundtracks.

  • This game use to kick my ass

  • To me this game started to be real hard at the World 5, and the last level was just too much. The farthest I got was the very very last mini-boss (an astronaut-thing you have to kill before proceding to the final boss)

  • Queen - Stone Cold Crazy

  • love it i beat this game at that time dude so cool and so hard as well saludos Guatemala

  • Konami games always did have the best music. :D

  • HOW THE FUCK DO I USE THE ROPE???

  • @dtmbcorp on certain rooftops there is a part that you walk up to, then the rope automatically goes to the other side. you then walk on top of it. be careful, however because if you fall, you lose energy.

  • Mostly talking about the title music, didn´t notice it was a medley. But the other songs

    are good too.

  • Majestic. Great, great music, from a really nice but frustrating game.

  • COWABUNGA....

  • F THE ELECTRIC KELP!!!!!!! IT MADE ME AN ANGRY KID! I'M STILL PISSED!

  • Great medley of one of classic video game music! For a game with such star power, you wouldn't have expected them to go all out on the sound track like they did. Gotta love the triumphant end music. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who never got that far...

  • This reminds me of being a kid in the 80s, eating my Ninja Turtle cereal while playing this... It was like Chex "nets" with marshmallow TMNT shapes. Hearing this, I can still almost taste it :')

  • nice job!

  • the only level i found hard was the last level

  • Cowabonga! Cowa Fuckin' Piece of Dog Shit!!!

  • the quality is incredible! is this coming straight from the nes? this sounds like it's in stereo, if it is how did you do it? did you use a splitter for the audio output?

  • My favorite NES game as a kid. Hearing these themes always makes me smile. Good times.

  • Dam level was a damn level. The sound for little health was freaking disturbing. Though nostalgia is best when looked back upon. Do yourselves a favor and don't pick up the game again! ,)

  • Amazing soundtrack - but damn hard game! I miss the good old days ;)

  • Awesome, this is some real good music but the game itself was hard as hell. I never was able to get past the dam level as a kid and i dout i can beat it now

  • @Gang3rs You just need to learn how to move. Get to the level, and don't bother with the bombs, just practice moving and experimenting with all the fastest ways to get around. There's actually a few ways you can move up, down, forward; some are faster than others! Just experiment with it. Once you've got that down try it then. Also planning a route will help.

  • @Gang3rs Lol I feel your pain. I laugh because I feel the exact same frustration. This game was much more difficult than most NES games.

  • @Gang3rs I got past the dam level, but only once have I ever made it to the technodrome, and crap if I could nagivate in it. There's no map.

  • @princessbeffer I think I ONCE made it to Mekaturtle, but not much luck any other time. I agree with the Nerd that that one jump in the sewer is the hardest part.

  • @davincent98 Mekaturtle?

  • @princessbeffer the boss on level 3. actually, I think that you were the one to get there.

  • @davincent98 ...his name was Mekaturtle?

Can I come over sometime and play it? unless...you want to hook it up at my place so we can play without Dad pulling you away every ten seconds. lol (I have been craving to play Goonies II recently)

  • @princessbeffer Hey, Bro, change k to g and urtle to ron and who do you have?

another villain who has a helmet similar to Shredder's. (seriously, all Shredder needs is a giant gun attached to his arm).

  • @Gang3rs u can do it

  • ha, the boss tracks are great

  • Awesome, this is some real good music, the compositions are really complex and the beast are kick ass. haha, i don't even listen to "real" music anymore,

mostly just nintendo music and of course the advantage,

    peace out !
