when i heard the first few seconds all auto-tuney, i thought it was going to be the same old formulaic crap that everyone puts out these days. but then it turns out to be unashamedly retro, and sounds exactly like egyptian lover tracks always did. which is a good thing. when i first started making music, egyptian lover was my biggest influence/inspiration
