@phenomenalclassic93 europe is also very flawed in jobs. they are not as competitive as the u.s. in the sense that they have more time off. in the united states we are constantly working and take little time to enjoy personal freedoms. europe is going to have a tough time adjusting to a new system with less "holiday" and longer work weeks.

Obama hasn't even served half a term, and people are mad he hasn't magically fixed everything. My economics teacher's prediction is coming true: since policy changes take time, people will get impatient with the lack of change, making them angry at Obama and Dems in general (because every member of a party is identical). So come next election, people will vote for a Republican. Within his term, Obama's policies will begin to show improvement, and people will think it's the Repub's ideas working.

@IceMetalPunk not only has he not fixed anything he has made things worse. there is no statistical measure that you can point to to say that the economy or anything else is getting better. when you don't improve things you get voted out of office. that is just the way it works. take some advice from me about college economics teachers. they are full of it and hardly a one has any knowledge of the real world. in about 15 years you will understand that much better.

What was the most positive result of the "Cash forClunkers" program? It took 95% of the Obama bumper stickers off the road. Also works great on Kerry/Edwards stickers. More effort will be required to remove Obama/Obiden & Kerry/Edwards stickers.
