easy, just get a DOVADO UMR. Just insert the USB modem into the router and configure it for your internet connection. You can insert a PC or PS3 or whatever else that goes out to the internet via Ethernet cable or WiFi.

The only one imposing restriction is the operator; not the modem nor the router.
