Thanks... very informative, but I think we should all just make a little shack in the bush that no one can find... sounds easier, Simpler, healthier, environmentally responsible living... even if I'd have to travel far for groceries on my bicycle... that would save more money and resources for important things... like solving poverty for the majority of people in the world that live way poorer than we do. It's cool that $10 a month of our money can stop someone from starving to death in Africa.
I am concerned that they mentioned HST "on new homes" which was said quietly after the HST comment. As we all know the young first time buyers are very confused and this just added an extra item to concern them. The commentator did not mention Land Transfer Tax or the rebate that new first time buyers can qualify for which would have been much better to mention. This quick comment could have some buyers thinking that HST applies to all home purchases. Please revise this video
