wow, of all the 80s bands, this band really did something for me, what musicians, and one of the greatest singers of all time, have been a musician for 20yrs, wow, these guys should have been huge, better than a lot of other bands,
I can't believe my original VHS copy of this is still making the rounds 25 years later. Someone added titles but the actual video is from my master VHS tape from 1985. I can tell because the ghosting and tracking lines are exactly like my master tape.
I think I was one of very few people who recorded this performance because they were unknown at this point. I gave both Amir and Paul copies off my master tape back in 2000 when I lived in San Diego and was hanging with Paul when he had "The Cutt"
@SpikeMichaels You should see him now. I know him personally. The poor guy drives the ugliest truck Ive ever seen. It has no breaks. He tells people about his days of touring with Dio, and no one believes him.
He's in this video...fuck, I saw 'em... Amir Derakh...I stepped up to him once on Melrose, when ORGY was KILLING with BLUE MONDAY...he was cool, he seemed very much the rock star....
In My opinion, this is their best song. Why it was not on the albums, I'll never know. This version KILLS and the way Shortino sings it just blows away the version on the Anthology CD. Absolutely KILLER !
This was the band that rocked my world back in 1985! I wish they put these songs from the Rock Palast performance on their debut album! Now---- they just can't touch this stuff!!!The chemistry for the band was perfect for the times. Even though they never had the success of Motley Crue or Ratt.....these guys blow them away!!!!Long Live Rough Cutt!!!!

What a great voice. One of the best underrated bands of the 80's. Seen them open for DIO back then. What a great show it was.

All RC fans need to check out their live album!!!There are three studio songs on that album. "Prowler" is the cream of the crop!!!
