As far as I know they are not banning for under-manning, but (rightly or wrongly) for exploiting the fight mechanics, such as by kiting the boss backwards and forwards between 2 vehicles so that it can never reach either. This is not what we did; we did it by the 'intended' method, albeit with only 2 of us :)

Done him with that tactic today and had him down after 2 tries. 1st try was at 246k hp and failed to refresh a pyrite stack.

2nd try he went down. I must say this way is really easy. Even got a few hits from his ram and still managed to do this. Nice to have 2 emblems of conquest each week instead of 1 valor :)

Yes, it was indeed a different tower. If you had done the fight, you would know that only Freya's tower spawns adds; we left up Hodir's frost tower, hence the large blue pillars you can see floating around. I can assure you the video is very genuine, go and try it yourself :)

The trash is easy, we use a seige engine and a demo, you just need to keep switching places as the passenger seats do more damage :)

The gnome was a passenger for the entire fight apart from the part she jumps in after about 5-10 seconds. So not 100% sure what you mean :)
