dude dont put there an rar folder , step 1: go to desktop , step 2: make an new folder , step 3: open ur mod folder , step 4: paste the txd , and dff to ur new folder. step 4: go to sami and download the mod :)
you hav to open the folder that ur mod is in. if it opens in a program then drag all the files from the mod and put it in the folder you opened the mod in
It's not your SAMI thats isnt working functually it is the "Mod" so i suggest you find a new one and pref to be something that replace cars/planes and not so big mods
