btw jackie is a real stone cold gangster, helps her first then just says to her "i'm gonna need those keys BACK" hahaha and takes the keys off her to help this other guy, he has no remorse which makes sense because he kills people for a living and he just looks out for number one because he wants the collectibles haha
can anyone please help me? i already helped her with her boyfriend and got the collectible from her. now when i try to do this side quest for this guy he's not standing there at the entrance to chinatown, i've never seen him and i can't find him anywhere. is there a certain time when you can see him? because i went to the chinatown entrance just a little while after helping the girl with her boyfriend but this guy isn't there and i don't know where to find him. i want to get all the collectibles
