I have tried the raw vegan way and find it expensive. We are a family of three and food has gone up so much, how do you do it? I know you grow your own but do you have any suggestions if you can't grow your own?

@MsWeepeople if it is too expensive go vegan. Legumes and rice are always the best choice for nutrient density. Fruits for vitamins. Try eat local or wild fruits, thouse are always cheaper and usually more nutrient dense. Believe me, just by stop eating refined sugar and thouse craps is more than enough, you will notice a huge difference.
Keep your food raw,alive,and nutritious.For me there is no other way...I have tried both a diet of cooked foods and raw foods and the conclusion is that raw foods are unbeatable you have absolutely nothing to loose but plenty to gain.Real talk,from a G to a G let's begin to live and truly enjoy life.
@jinjee Is there any posibility to anyone of this family or someone else could subtitle all or some of these videos (in spanish or in english), please? most of the videos who talks about being vegans or rawfoodism are in english, and I only can get part of this valious information. I love the Documentary. I bought it in 06 and it changed my family's life. But you know I have been waiting on another film. You guys have grown and so have your lovely children. I would love to see what you guys are up to now adays or what new insight into raw you can share.
