I thought HAARP was extremely low frequency? ELF. Whatever could interfere with radar by definition of the word must be microwave radiation. The sun's microwaves should be relatively evenly distributed and should not make it through the atmosphere. It must not be natural, that is for sure.

I don't think Harp is designed to fake global warming to cause carbon taxes, because the US government is the one stifling climate change debates world wide. @1234locks It is a composite image placed on a satellite view based on the data supplied by the ground radar. So whilst it's not a true radar image it is an image created using radar data. On this particular day this is what the radar was sending - but I don't think it's a big deal to be honest - I see these regularly on the Australian BOM site (maybe once a week) and they have a notice on the site telling people these are caused by tech issues with the radar and they are trying to fix them.
Seems to be in transition between invisible cloak and obviously noticeable. The more interesting thing is that this craft purposefully situated itself under that satellite.

The circles are most definately system or software malfunctions.
Any artificial electromagnetic radiation would NOT give a perfectly circular polar pattern as in all of the images. Terrain, hills, valleys etc, would cause a distorted pattern at best.
Even the BOM has announced this as being "..interference to the radar data", rather than interference to the signal.
is it coincidence that there was a massive (5.4) earthquake not far from the research stations that were bought up by the HAARP project. Dig deaper on the net and we will find that this radar interference and tomography is all linked.
