If that was me, having been charged for damn near everything, i'd have asked for a refund for being forced to listen to that song......................... but obviously only after I paid 5 euro's for the customer complaint form which would be sent in 3 to 4 weeks, then to receive a letter referring me back to the websites terms and conditions & complaints handling procedure, gotta love Ryanair LOL
