  • I just had dinner and this makes me hungry!

  • fap fap fap...take a bite of tuna melt...fap fap fap

  • I usually add only a small drop of mayo less than a teaspoon and then add dijon mustard. Dijon mustard is not as fattening. I hate that fat free mayo so I get regular mayo but use only a tiny bit. I just use whole wheat bread. I don't add cheese but I rarely eat tuna melt.s I add a couple of dashes of seasoned salt as well. It is very good and healthy. My mom used to put in some sort of celery flavoring mix; it was real popular in the 80s. I can't remember what is was called?

  • I would totally fuck her and after the sex i would say "BITCH MAKE ME A SANDWICH!"

  • eat some veggies if you want to get fiber, it's really pointless to get your fiber from bread when you can eat delicious veggies and fruit.

  • that shite hen

  • She does not know how to use a knife. Look how close she comes to cutting off her index finger. On every cut the knife is literally next to her finger. It will happen if it has not already. She is cute though!!

The TUNA MELT is a traditional favorite but somehow you make it extra special. Our students will just love this video. Thanks, Darlene.

  • winrar

  • i really have no idea what the hell she just did- i'm just thinkin about the tuna. and listening to what she said @ 1:08.............get all those juices out.

  • Isn't oil unhealthy?...

  • @Yesitis808 no it's not! oil (especially olive oil) has essential things in it that your body needs! You should drink a whole bottle of it though;)

  • amen brother

  • @blurblu983 She is a married woman how could you say such things.

  • yea but her husband isn't giving her the ole braciole.

  • ZING

  • Just because it's a whole wheat english muffin doesn't mean it's healthy. Those muffins are loaded with salt which is a silent killer. Also, you have to use a little mayo for some consistency. tuna without mayo is like a hamburger without ketchup.

  • @blurblu983 a hamburger without ketchup tastes just fine

  • @ilikemike987

no it doesn't. actually mickey d's sauce or thousand island is better.

  • @ilikemike987 fine ummmmm how about....... a Shirley Temple without Grenadine? Doesn't taste so good now doesn't it? :]

  • @blurblu983 I dont have ketchup with my burgers and wholegrain dont rewuire anywhere near the amount of salt white does. Hense a hell of a lot healthier. If you wanna go all out, do it in a wholegrain tortilla instead.

  • @blurblu983 I hate ketchup. blearrgh. lol

  • Looks yummy.

  • her or the meal?

  • @IgniteTheProphecy SAD....just use miracle whip, pickles, capers & cut up some celery...taste better if you let it sit for a day & then add pepper.

  • Pig!

  • @Robertnuns U PERV!!

  • @Robertnuns

    lol

  • You just drain out the tuna then put it in a bowl put some mayo in it and mix it then put lettuce and tomato on bread and just eat it. simple!

  • hm... boom mic keeps creeping in lol...

  • Just throw some mayo into the tuna. done.

  • just done it. it was really tasty !

  • ur a legend

  • nice but no minyzzz??

  • i love fish, is so yummy =]

im from England i know what im talking about =)

  • Well, I'm Irish Meself and speaking from our side I have to criticize that the two of those together is...What? Half a serving? I think if I ate one of those for a meal I'd soon die of starvation. Maybe it's because she's a girl and she's only 1.5 meters tall, but that really seems like a tiny meal to me.

  • I didn't mark your comment as spam, I quite enjoyed it. for the record I'm a bit over six feet of Irishman and last time I had my body fat tested, it was about three percent of my total weight, the rest being bone and muscle, as well as the occasional organ, but I suppose organs tend to be muscle as well, eh? I don't know of a single person in my family who has ever been fat (at least not the ones related by BLOOD rather than Marriage)

  • eat some real food...

  • what about the fat free 15 cal per tbls mayo?

does it still tste better without it?

  • herbs are a great flavor to dishes instead of butter or salt. only use a pinch of it but u can if u want

  • Wow thanks! Looks easier than I thought. By the way will parsley make it taste weird? For some reason I want to add parsley to the cheese...or maybe dill.

  • love tuna melts but ddnt know how to make them till now : D

  • Ive been inspired to be a chef or an actor but you made me lean more to a chef thnx ^^

  • ah yes that great age old question...should i be a chef or should i become an actor?

  • thanks! i really like your recipies its helping a lot with my diet. so far ive lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks.
