@latoywri That cove holds some good cats in the back 3rd. The reason theres no big cats there at spider island is cause there arent any rocks or structure under water. They have to have places to hide...therea a cemetary off of the other boat ramp, hard to cast too, but thats the clostest I know of blues being caught from that area. The point by the beach has a great drop for them tho!

Thats what i was thinking, its a coal fired plant and the water is for the cooling towers, I work at a gas fired palnt and we use some of the local lakes for cooling water as well

Thanks!!! It was chummed 1 week before this trip. I fished long before I hunted. I think its more of a challenge to find something you cant see!!! Its always a suprise when that fish hits. We know when we are gonna pull that trigger!!!

Thanks James!!! I never did get that cat back!!! My head was turned and no one saw it!!! I noticed it when watching the clips. A guy watching us clean the fish was taking all the carcases back outa that bucket down there. I know he had to of found it. The bucket was empty when we started and he took all them back out and got them for soup!!! At least it didn't go to waste!!!

I eat one meal fresh not frozen. I save one meal frozen and split the rest with the people fishing with me. If I have some in the freezer and I go alone I give all I catch to the guys at work!!!
