what type of stretches do i have to do, and how can i build my arm strength up cause im trying to learn jackhammers and headhollows n uther stuff but i dnt have super strong arm strength, n im flexible but not real in the back so if u gave me tips on tht it'd help but yea great vid

Thanks for this. I don't have any friends that want to bboy and this has really helped inspire me to start bboying. You covered probably every excuse I was telling myself, practice spots, friends, strength, and embarrassment of sucking. I really appreciate this video and I am going to start bboying tomorrow.
