  • I recommend downloading 'Peer Gynt - Morning' from iTunes to have the best wake up call ever :)

  • Does it matter if its under the sheets or not? Because my sheets have elastic and wrap around my bed and i dont feel like digging my phone up in the morning.

  • it actually freaking works...it noticed when i jolted awake at 4 AM this morning and on the stats later said AWAKE. SOOO creepy.

  • Electro-Sensitivity (ES)

    es-uk info

    magdahavas com

  • Even if you are not ES yet, it is beneficial to turn off your Wifi over night, as well as to ban electrical items, your cordless phones and mobiles from your bedroom. You will sleep much better and are less likely to have an interrupted sleep pattern. Usually waking around 4 am.

  • Electro-sensitive people suffer from a variety of symptoms in close vicinity to electromagnetic fields, Wi-fi, mobiles, DECT phones, baby monitors, certain light sources etc: Headaches, Speech problems, dizziness, chest palpations, tinnitus, pressure in the ears. sweating at night. skin irritations, pins and needles in the hands in the mornings, short-term memory loss, nauseas, joint aches and pressures at the back of the head as well as in the sinus or forehead area.

  • Another simple test is to stop carrying your mobile on your body (chest or trouser pockets). in many cases people experience the so-called “phantom text messages”. This describes a situation where every now and then you think you had a text message, when keeping the phone in your pockets, but when you checked there was no message. Some even suffer from heart palpitations. If that is case, just try for a while to carry your mobile in a bag or switch it off, while you have it in your pocket.

  • Isn't it bad to sleep so close to ipads, laptops, phones, etc?

  • @PrimeRecon yes....

  • @ironbull2003 Then are'nt you just hurting yourself?

  • @PrimeRecon pretty much... sounds like a good invention, but your phone would have to be in airplane mode or something like that because all the signals coming/leaving would be harmful.... but even then, any electrical device creates a magnetic field by being on, so it would be harmful.

  • @ironbull2003 Pity I downloaded it before I watched the video.

  • @PrimeRecon use it responsibly... let me know how well it works.

I would turn off the wifi/internet connection when using it though.

  • so does it work?

  • Doesnt the battery get destroyed cuz you use the charger all the time when you sleep?

  • does it work on nokia 3510i?

  • stevie richaeds!!

  • Does everyone know that is stevie Richards lmao

  • I have an iPod touch 4G, and its ok to use it, never had a problem till now, and in fact, i dont charge it while using the app. just turned down the brightness to the minimal level, and turned off wi-fi, and most of the times when i wake, its not even under 20%, so I completelly recommend it, amazing app (:

  • will this come out for Bada too?

  • @oOoOViperOoOo

ahhh, that would be sweet :-)

  • THIS APP IS FAKE!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I PLACED IT ON MY BED DURING THE DAY WHILE I WAS NOT SLEEPING JUST TO SEE IF IT WAS REAL OR NOT. BUT OF COURSE, WHEN I ''WOKE UP'' AND CHECKED IT, IT PROVIDED FAKE MOVEMENTS AND SAID I WAS IN A DEEP SLEEP.

    THIS IS A TOTAL FAKE

  • @Theonlyconnork

Well DUH, if you barely move in your sleep, your in a DEEP DEEP SLEEP, if you are not on your bed, the bed isn't moving, therefore the iphone measures no movement and tells you you were in a deep sleep.

This app does certainly work and it's absolutely brilliant. You should really buy it.

  • @joffysloffy

    you're*

  • @Theonlyconnork HOLY CRAP YOU ARE DUMB. Your father should have pulled out and jizzed on the wall.

  • @BorderInspector lolllllllll thats ace..lolllllllllll

  • @Theonlyconnork tool lol

  • @Theonlyconnork actually, on the first 2 nights of sleep the accelerometer is calibrated, it is said that if it is calibrated while no one on bed, this could be as sensitive as sensing a car passing outside, or someone walking by the iphone

  • this doesnt work on me :( it wont even wake me up at the morning

  • Will this app help me in my quest to have lucid dreams? Lately I havint been remembering my dreams will this help me remember them so i can start to try lucid dreaming?

  • @ThePablosheehan Hey, a tip if you want to do lucid dreaming and remember all your dreams I did this and guarantee it will work. Every morning, with no exceptions, get up and write down every thought you can remember from a dream. Do it somewhere safe and only you will be reading it so be honest. The more you do it the more access you have to your sleeping brain, and you will eventually control your brain and remember dreams even if you don't write them down for days. Will take about 3 weeks.

  • YOU WAKE AUP AT 5:00am.... shit!!!!!! o wake 6 hours laterXD

  • it woke me up at 8:42 and i set it for 9:00. it felt great waking up to a relaxing song on a sunday morning rather than a buzzer.

  • can you change the alarm somehow, I want to be woken up by Hanz Zimmerman - The dream is collapsing :D

  • @KarnmanGT500 ya, at the bottom, it says choose from your own music

  • Amazed - worked on my Touch, tried it for 2 nights, similar sleep patterns but not identical.

  • I pod tough does not work.

  • @3236258965 Yes it does.

  • I wonder if there are any dangers to having a phone that close to your head for 7+ hours of the night.

  • @kaizen356 go for iPod Touch

  • @SuperNode26 I already own an iPhone.

  • @kaizen356 Plane mode

  • @TvanDoornik Not sure that would eliminate any safety issues. Electricity on and right next to your head all night and night after night is a concern. EMF, etc.

  • @kaizen356 Should clarify that mine is charging at night.

  • Rks

  • It wo

  • This is wrong, when your in REM sleep, which is your lightest sleep; that is when you are paralysed.

This means that when you wake up to this alarm, you will be in deep sleep.

  • @SabretoothSnowMan You're so wise

  • @SabretoothSnowMan No, the app logs you sleeping cycles (which are roughly 30mins long) and wakes you up when you are in the lightest sleep.

  • I bet you can do an awesome Mickey Mouse voice.

  • Is there a way to reset statistics?

  • It's Stevie Richards!!!

  • Its Not load enough for me!

And the sounds are too ... You know

    They let you sleep better^^

  • i use this app almost every night.. And i always wake up in a good mood when i use this. :)

  • When you do the Test function and put the phone on your bed, does it ever beep when you're not moving at all? Mine will sometimes beep when I'm not moving, and sometimes beep when I'm not even on the bed, and it's just lying there beeping by itself. It makes me question the accuracy of this app unless everyone is experiencing the same thing and it adjusts for those random beeps and doesn't take them to mean that you're awake.

  • @superman11978 I'm wondering about the EXACT thing.. anyone who knows what the problem is? Is it supposed to beep constantly?

  • do u have to plug it in when u put it in ur bed?

  • I haven't tried not plugging it in but generally speaking the reason they want you to charge it is because you'd be staying in the app and your phone might run out of charge before you wake up

  • @ReidXavi but if u have like 80% battery left in ur phone and by the time u wake up by having 8 hours of sleep u still have ur 20% battery left

and what if u plug it in all night and it overcharge ur phone?

  • but if you plug the charger in overnight, it's going to make your battery die out faster because you're constantly recharging the iphone even when it's already 100%

  • does it work with ipod touch third gen?

  • @no1uno5

    Yeh it does actually

  • Yep have sleep cycle on iPod touch

  • does it work with ipod touch

  • steivie richards

  • will it work on a memory foam bed?

  • yes

  • @T4ShowVideos

Where on earth do you put it on your bed because you're almost certain to knock it off while you're sleeping.

Also isn't it wise to not put a mobile device that transmit radiation near your head..?

  • @TheNoobie1 Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. As somebody who had cancer fewer than 3 years ago, I am not sure I want to mess with this. It *does* look cool otherwise.

  • yup works on mine

  • @timabad according to the FAQ on the app, No.

  • is it normal that i almost cant hear anything? PS: i never turned it on to wake me up, just tested, and my pc makes noise....)

  • I don't know how but this thing really works and u wake up a lot easier with extra time

  • Should I get it?

    is it good?

    really

  • its a great app, I sleep alot better now!

  • this app is great.

by the way, is the gentleman presenting this mr Right to Censor from the WWF?

  • I got this app last night and set the alarm for 7, but it woke me up at 6:38 because I was in a light sleep phase. I actually did feel like I'd just been day dreaming or something it was so much easier to get up. I had an extra 20 minutes to kill too :D very impressed with the app.

  • yea i got it last night, set it for 8 and it woke my up at 7:36 and i felt great

  • Michael Manna: Shawn Michaels' cover name :p

  • Du you need a mic, when you have iPod touch 2gen?

  • @sijmenjan yeah, i've used it for 3 nights now, it actually works :-)

  • From what I read on their homepage, you can mute it, and it will still sound the alarm. Also, it needs 2-4 nights to calibrate to your sleep patern

  • worked for me first night

  • does it work on ipod touch?

  • @pmglol The only problem is that it isn't able to lock your touch, and you cannot lock it by yourself, 'cause it will stop working then

  • @sijmenjan But i can just take the charger in and configure the ipod that it wont lock itself.

  • @pmglol It does work then, but your screen will always be on, but that isn't a problem, I always set the brightness to the lowest setting

  • @pmglol Yes, it works on the iPod Touch too.

  • can't it happen that u accidently kick the iphone from your bed in your sleep and then it breaks?

  • Place it between the matress and the sheet covering the matress.

  • Your iPhone will not break, there aren't any mechanical parts in it. It will stop working if you smash it from the 2nd floor on the street.

  • @stanhurxxx The only way someone could kick the device out of their bed during the night is if they've completely neglected to follow the app's simple instructions. It should be nowhere near a person's legs or feet.

In the event that someone did neglect to follow the instructions and broke their iPod Touch/iPhone as a result, I would not be sympathetic. Stupid people sometimes need to learn the hard way.

  • okay if i set the arlarm. to 06:00 AM, wakes it me up precisely at that clock or what?

  • nope. It might wake you up in the time space between 5:30 and 6:00, depends on when you are in the lightest sleep phase. Mine's actually always does wake me up at 5:38 or so.

    @stanhurxxx: everything's possible..but I think it's not that common

  • I use this app, and damn its good! I have never voken up that good! That is really good, bye it!

  • I tried it. It acturally worked :)

  • does this work on ipod touch ?

  • Yes it does. iPod Touch 2nd Gen too. However you need OS 3.0

  • no don't listen to dynastyflyer he's not right in the discription where you download the app they say: 'it doesn't work on ipod touch anymore with the new update.

  • @DJNvideo I tried it with an iPod touch 2G and it worked ...

  • @DJNvideo it still works as of yesterday when i downloaded it, you just need to go to settiings-->general-->auto-lock and set it as NEVER lock. :))

  • @ajaxniek yep it does if you have a second or third generation because you need speakers. I just got it for my 2nd generation i pod touch it works great!! Just make sure that you go to setting-->general-->Auto-lock and set it as NEVER. :))

  • @ajaxniek not so good :/

  • @ajaxniek Yes.

  • @ajaxniek yes ...my is craked and the app works OK and its first generation

  • @ajaxniek I think it would because the iTouch has an accelerometer too.

    Thumbs up if I'm right...

  • @ajaxniek Yep, I got the app on my iPod Touch.

  • @ajaxniek yes

  • @ajaxniek No.

  • I have actually used it for several weeks, and it does work! The funny thing is that you get the double benefit of being rested and getting more time to spend on something useful, since it always wakes you before the set time. Be sure to calibrate it properly, and test it a couple of nights since it learns your sleeping profile during the first nights.

  • My bed is supposed to limit bed movement.. I wonder if it would even pickup me moving...I'll have to try it!!

    Thanks Mike

  • Very interesting, great test:).

  • seems pretty cool if it works. let us know if it does/doesnt!

  • @snoboardnfreek07 it works great even for the ipod touch 2nd gen.

  • i can use this on my old original iphone, i shall see what its like thank you again

  • Funny app...

  • seems like bs lol

  • First one seeing it. Lol.
