It isn't real after all, all Apollo has to do to beat Phoenix is to be written that way. Since when does Phoenix not like prosecutors? He seems to like Edgeworth fine. In addition, if he were unhappy with the way prosecutors did business, that'd give him more incentive to become one, not less.
The biggest problem with AA4, in my opinion, was the fact that Klavier just wasn't nasty enough to be an antagonist. It's all well and good to be a team like Phoenix and Edgeworth vs. Gant, but you have to get there first. My suggestion: in AA5 make Apollo the defense attorney and make Phoenix the prosecutor. It's clear to me that Phoenix would pull no punches once he made up his mind, and to lose Phoenix from his corner would force Apollo to come into his own.
@smoothitron but one Phoenix doesn't really care for prosecutors and how they work, two Phoenix is way to smart to lose to Apollo at this point. Three, it'd be weird for all parties involved

You know, I think the song's title (Start of a New Trial, A New Court is in Sesson, your pick) is very fitting. It does give that very hopeful new start feel. I especially love the violin for this.

@werotus Miles Edworth is Gyakuten Kenji in Japan so it's not part of the Gyakuten Saiban series, they said they're work on Gyakuten Saiban 5 which means Ace Attorney not Perfect Prosecutor.
It matters because it's NOT Ace Attorney 5, and was even said to be as much by the director of the game. It's just a spin off, always has been and always will be.
You know, I've beaten all 4 games on my Nintendo DS lite, and this game has taught me the true story of Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice. The story is very good, (all 4 games) and I recommend you to play it, it's truly an amazing game. Personally, I like both of them, it's like they're somehow related. :D

Apollo justice is the 4th game, there's only been three other games before that. And starting with Apollo is fine, you pretty much start out with any Ace attorney game and understand what happened.

And Takumi hasn't yet said anything about continuing the series, but he might considering the fan pressure.
And the last case in AJ was called Turnabout Succession for a reason. Unlike Phoenix's rite of passage being his first case, Apollo's was his fourth.

"What did she have on her wrists?" - You cannot ask me that, as I am not in the courtroom, our only meeting was in the lobby. Ask the prosecution.
"Was the bat bent? If it hit her in the head to kill her, it would have been very hard..." - No, the bat is straight, just covered in blood.
"Is there anything else odd about the photo?" - No, everything that was in there has been told.

In the crime scene photo, you find everything that the prosecution claims appears to be true. A female teacher lying in the parking lot, with a large gash and severe bleeding coming from the head.
There are also marks on her wrists, circular and smooth, showing that whatever was on her wrists was NOT cutting into her skin or rough in any sense of the word.
This is the only help I, Ace Defense Attourney, Zeke, can give to you. As you go along, I will clarify what you need to know. Good luck

I'll be checking back on this video every so often. You know your client is innocent, yet the evidence says otherwise. Both the Bloodstained Bat and Bottle have Richson's fingerprints on them, and the bottle shows traces of Atroquinine poison having been kept inside. Atroquinine is a fatal, but slow acting poison that takes 15 minutes from ingestion to kill. Lethal dosage is 0.002 milligrams.
Can you find the contradiction? Or is Richson's fate sealed...? Only you can decide this, good luck.

Apollo justice is the 4th game, there's only been three other games before that. And starting with Apollo is fine, you pretty much start out with any Ace attorney game and understand what happened.

Yeah, I started with the Third one(The one before this one) And I did pretty good understanding some things =D Although, it made much more sense after playing the rest, you can still get it, no matter which game you play, it just makes a lot more sense if you play the other ones =D
