I don't think this is a memory per se, just a hallucination of what Alice fears will happen if she's forced to return to the asylum. Of course, these fears could very well be based on actual experiences, so in that sense, it's a bit of a memory.

@sweetieart13 Labotomy, leeches, shock therapy etc were all tried out on people who suffered both physical or mental illness just to see if it would work, medical and psychological understanding of the body and mind was much less known than it is now. Labotomies often changed a person by removing personality traits, memories or even simple tasks they once knew how to do, it also often caused epilepsy and sometimes further insanity on the subject. It's truly a horrible and dark shame in history.

Back in the days in mental institutes, when people are insane; many believed that there was a demon inside the brain, so they drill a hole in your head to let it out.

This game is very interesting, though. I enjoy games that deals with the human psyche.

Okay... so I've come to one of three conclusions- either this part was another hallucination (she did go back to normal and have a non-bald possibly real world experience), she never stopped hallucinating end this is the only real part, or there was a serious timeskip.

I'm leading towards hallucination because those orderlies look like the tweedles.

This part was AMAZING! It was a shame there wasn't more to do with the Asylum! The rooms, the effects, the creepyness..... just brillaint
