Umm...were the creators of the video smart enough to realize that they had video of a crash to show to the police who's fault it was? Or were they just that inconsiderate and couldn't wait to get home and put it on youtube, instead?

i hate to agree with anyone on youtube cause tons of little kids start bickering, but it is a law actually to check on the people... a stupid law but a law none the less... even if you just wind down your window and ask if theyre ok

I know this is a year after your comment, but I just found this on youtube, sorry about the timing. The law you are refering to is called the Good Samaritain Law and actually states that you dont have to get involved, beyond calling for help, but if you do get involved you have to see in through until help arrives. It's in place to protect any persons that would help from being sued by the victims. I learned about it in my CPR/First Aid classes.
