I've always wanted an ultralight plane for myself, but have been a tad bit afraid of heights like that. I take it that you don't have to fly one a thousand feet up if you don't want to do ya? If i had one, i'd fly it just above the tree tops, probably 3 to 400 feet up, until i got used to it real well.

Nice one! Did you try a hole in the top of te chute to give it stability? Or maybe a rogallo like NASA tried? If the tips of your prop start to go green, you are operating a lawn mower!

I like the look of the airbike, how safe is it? Have you had a motor out yet? How do you try to recrack it if the motor quits in flight? I enjoy the video and the camera drop was good for a first try

also if you want a home made chute try a garbage bag or maybe you now those liltle toy solders that have chutes on them get how bunch and use them

I remember being four years old and wanting to fly. It wasn't until my early thirties that I got serious and earned my private pilot's license. I logged nearly 350 hours between an Aeronca Champ and a Cessna 150, then life got in the way..., but an opportunity came along to buy this Airbike ultralight, and yes, it's the coolest form of flying I have ever experienced!

Don't give up your dream, if you want to do something badly enough, you can find a way.
