It is an okay device, but the battery life sucks.I only get four hours out the thing. I like the internet in the archos but youtube videos are blurry.you should do a research first if u are planning to get it.

I know right..I see all these really good PMPs and everyone seems to go for the iPod...I'm stuck between two choices, the Cowon D2 or the Archos 605 wifi, both WAY better than iPod...if anyone can help me choose between the D2 and the 605 wifi, that would be awesome

I dont know about the Cowon but the archos is decent. It has a few flaws one being the included battery usb charger takes about 8 hours to fully charge so your gonna need to buy the dock charger for 30 - 50 dollars. Most of the cool features you gotta pay extra for the plug in. However the video is stunning and the touch screen works perfectly. Hope that helps
