yes!! I spent forever looking for something like this!! all I have are dumbbells and I've been looking for something more to do with them for athletic prowess rather than useless muscle (for functional strength training)
Good exercises. I hadn't tried the spider man or even ever heard of it but man does it mess you up (in a good way) if you hold it till failure. Thanks!

I'm 13, weigh 203lbs of solid, drug free strength and I can do over 80 pull ups in a row from DEAD HANG, no KIPPING, perfect form. :P
I can also do many other feats better than these STEROID LOSERS as a NATURAL WINNER!
