The Clefs do all of their own arrangements internal to the group. Brandon Jackson Baird did many/most of this years songs, but many others in the group contribute, and sometimes Clef Alumni help out as well. They work hard to pass down the arranging skill from year to year. They don't buy arrangements - and are kind of famous for how great their own arrangements are.
