I think most of you have misunderstood what these scientists are trying to say. It's not that the universe itself doesnt exist- It's just that we cant trust what our brain is showing us. For example- colors dont exist- It is only the light reflecting from objects in different wavelengths, but our brain for some reason separates these wavelengths in what we call colors. I think most of you have misunderstood what these scientists are trying to say. It's not that the universe itself doesnt exist- It's just that we cant trust what our brain is showing us. For example- colors dont exist- It is only the light reflecting from objects in different wavelengths, but our brain for some reason separates these wavelengths in what we call colors. Seeming how no one religion has proven what the afterlife is, it's all too plausible.

But my point in this few seconds is: don't ever mix god with science. Can they coexist? Yes. If god exists, it created the universe in a way we "know" all this about it, so independently of its existance, scientific method (and not philosofical or theological) is extremely accurate for all given moments and given technology.
And oh, try to define better nothing. There are "things" (like energy and matter appearing) in vacuum.

But about the straight line I talked about, I mentioned it so all can think about a "before" and "after", but not in a beggining, given we still don't know what led to Big Bang (or even if it was a Big Bang insted of a gradual inflationm or someshit). So, we can calculate with seemly accurate results universe's life to a fraction of a second after the Big Bang.

This video is wrong since its start :P "in the beggining" - what beggining? how do you know the notion of time isn't merely a perception? how do you know time has a beginning? No scientific theory claims this, as the laws of physics seem to work finely both ways, and time can only exist "where" is space, and depends on all the things surrounding you. So, let's not claim nothing about a beggining. But for the sake of argument, lets still think about it as a straight line.

So if the very foundation of matter, is only in one place when observed or measured, might this correlate to spiritual experiences where people perceived they (or their consciousness at least) was "everywhere and everything".
