60 years back, there was no pakistan, then how can Kashmir belong to pakistan? Kashmir is and will always be a part of India. As for the army and police excesses there, how else can u route out terrorism? when u fight terrorists, one or two by-standers will get hurt, its called collateral damage. it cant be helped.

Well you need to learn history. 50 years ago there was no india too. there was a sub-continent consisting of somewhat 40 small conutries (indipendent states) and kashmir was one of the. India ttok the land against the will of kashmiri people by killing them because they wanted to join pakiatan instead of india which were both created 50 years ago.
