Good footwork but listen to the track carefully. The blasting is a left handed or off beat blast, not a right on beat. Also work on your blasting, concentrate on every note being the same power, at the moment it is too up and down. Not ripping on you, just offering advice.

A blast beat is alternating between the bass drum+cymbal and the snare (sorta like a really fast thrash beat) a grind is hitting the bass drum, snare and cymbal at the same time in 8th or 16th notes( think cannibal corpse's hammer smashed face). Both of those beats can be played with a bass roll underneath them but would still have the same name.

Those are actually both thae same, just two variations of a blast beat. FYI, I don't do "grind beats." It's alternating the whole time.
