I know that that song is pretty obvious, but don't get into other peoples personal life. Not when it comes to relationships. We have no idea what went down so leave them alone. I do think that if he's not with me it should be Taylor. lol. But it's not are desition to make.

This song isn't about taylor lautner. she wrote the song "the story of us" about taylor lautner; after he heard bad gossip about her and avoided her at a few different parties set in LA. the song "back to december" isn't about anyone specific. it's more of "you don't what you got til its gone" song.

That song was written for John Mayer and it sounds like she want him back too.
Also that song was written AFTER she wrote "Back To December".
So do she really want TL back or JM? Oh and she's currently dating Jake.
I think she a bit messed up with her feelings.
I don't want to see TL get his heart break again by her now.
Maybe they can try again in a few years when both are older and she's more sure of her feelings for him.
